Mission Zindagi: A United Front Against Drugs – CT Group & Khed Bharati Lead the Way

In a powerful convergence of youth, education, and social responsibility, CT Group of Institutions, in collaboration with Khed Bharati Punjab, organized a transformative edition of Mission Zindagi: Nasha Ton Azadi at its Shahpur Campus. The event saw active participation from over 500 students, educators, and social leaders.
The central theme of the program was empowering youth towards a drug-free and purposeful life through sports, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among students about the long-term dangers of addiction and offer viable alternatives through structured physical and mental engagement.
Panel Discussion: Sports as a Gateway to a Better Life
A powerful panel discussion featured industry leaders and veteran voices:
- Sh. Shiv Singh, a Dronacharya Awardee, ex-head coach of Indian Men and Women National Boxing Teams for Olympics several times, Ex-Head Coach of Nepal National Boxing Team.
- Sh. Rakesh Malik, Sports Director of Punjab University, Chandigarh.
- Sh. Arvind Singh Rana, noted entrepreneur and State President of Khed Bharati Punjab, inspired students with his personal journey of discipline, fitness, and social reform.
- Sh. Harpreet Singh, Chairman of CT Group, who expressed deep concern over the growing addiction crisis in Punjab and affirmed institutional support for Mission Zindagi.
Pledge, Play, Prevail
The program included a collective anti-drug pledge, urging students to choose fitness and responsibility over addiction. Interactive sessions and question-answer rounds made the program highly engaging and impactful.
